@aliinct

One simple rule I live by. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

@KeithOlbermann i can't fathom that after almost 4 years, not 1 polititian of significance has been held accountable for 1/6 and the ring leader is not only not in prison, he's actually being allowed to run to complete the coup. It doesn't get any further from 'noone is above the law' than that

Today's YouGov/CBS Poll: Should Biden stay in the race? YES, 55%-45% Should TRUMP stay in the race? NO, 54-46% That says it all. Any effing questions?

@MSNBC Who cares? As if the debate means anything. Anyone who even thinks of voting for a convicted felon, pathological liar, who actually attempted a coup last time has to be a complete idiot. Period.

Who 'won' the debate tonight? Not Trump. And not Biden. Brendan Buck, who worked for Speakers Boehner and Ryan, writes “Debates have been shown to have very little impact on election outcomes, but this one may test that trend.” msnbc.com/opinion/msnbc-…

@Ally_Sammarco A felon who will never ever allow another presidential election. Are people really going to vote to never vote again? Why isn't he I'm prison like any of us would be if we were convinced of 30+ felonies?

@WalshFreedom I still can't fathom how a man convinced of 30+ felony counts and would fail literally ANY security clearance check is even allowed to run. Hell, he should be in prison. You know, like any of us 'regular ' people would be? Oh, and there's his attempted coup.

Do not normalize him. He lies as he breathes. He’s the only president in American history who lost an election and refused to concede. He tried to overthrow an American election. I don’t care about his debate strategy. I don’t care about his VP pick. Do not normalize him.

@thejackhopkins I still can't fathom how he's even allowed to run. He would fail literally any security clearance check. WTF Is the point of having a security clearance protocol if it can just be ignored? Like setting metal detectors but letting people go around them. It's asinine.

Here's the takeaway from tonight: The United States of America allows convicted felons who have been charged with crimes against the United States to debate the President of the United States...and lie without being fact-checked. To those of you in other countries around the world, I say this: I'm fucking embarrassed.

@mjfree As if there's another choice? You have to be able idiot to vote for a convicted felon, career criminal, pathological liar who tried to overthrow the Gov't last time he lost. I still can't fathom how he's even allowed to run, much less that people will vote for him. It's obscene.

@MeidasTouch I am in utter disbelief thar after almost 4 years, not 1 major Republican member of Congress or their ring leader have not been held accountable for their roles in 1/20. It's obscene thar we even have to think about such people getting another crack at destroying democracy.

🚨 This story needs to be everywhere: Donald Trump posted a video about "What's Next For America" if he were to become president. Underneath, it touts "the creation of a UNIFIED REICH" – straight out of Nazi Germany.

Trump reshared this video and the following caption: "The Capitol Police beat the hell out of innocent J6 protesters, and the videos are finally coming out. The cops should be charged and the protesters should be freed." Let me ask you this: If you had people break into the foyer of your home shouting things that were threatening to you and your family, and you hit them with a stick, do you think you "should be charged" and the people who broke into your home "freed"? Would you say that the people breaking into your home were "innocent"? What if these people were pushing through the White House doors to get to Trump? If the answer is 'no,' then please be quiet.

Do you agree with Republican Liz Cheney that we are "sleepwalking into a dictatorship? Cheney says of Trump: "He's told us what he will do. It's very easy to see the steps that he will take. … People who say, 'Well, if he's elected, it's not that dangerous because we have all of these checks and balances,' don't fully understand the extent to which the Republicans in Congress today have been co-opted. … One of the things that we see happening today is a sort of a sleepwalking into dictatorship in the United States." "If you look at what Donald Trump is trying to do, he can't do it by himself. He has to have collaborators. And the story of Mike Johnson is a story of, of a collaborator and of someone who knew then – and knows now – that what he's doing and saying is wrong, but he's willing to do it in an effort to please Donald Trump. And that's what makes it dangerous."
