My document has been stuck since 4/24 @FedExEurope. I have followed up four times via email, opened up a case, and called three times, and still no response or resolution. My flight out of Europe is at 2pm tomorrow. Please help @HelpFedexEUR @FedExEurope__ @FedExHelp @FedExHelpEU
