@FedExEurope apparently a courier tried to deliver something today. Shame that 3 people, two dogs, a camera and video doorbell managed to miss them carrying a 1.5m box to the door. Almost like it wasn’t attempted..? Lovely being lied to by multiple customer service agents too.

@FedExEurope Fedex has next to no customer service. 3 days in a row I've been told you tried to deliver a parcel but you never came to the address at all and it's impossible to speak to anyone at FedEx unless you're an account holder. How do I contact you to just get my package myself

@FedExEurope ..I have received a demand for customs duty + FedEx admin charge on advance luggage of used holiday clothes sent UK-Sweden. My understanding is duty is not payable in Sweden on such items. Also, I have already paid for the service, so why an extra admin charge?
