@Morrisons As soon as the Christmas delivery slots came on I booked mine and then pre-booked my turkey. The delivery turned up and there was no Turkey, fuming doesn't even cut it. What is the point in preorder if you then don't get it because they didn't have it in store.

@Tesco Unfortunately I no longer have the receipt hence my annoyance at spending so much on something I have been able to use only once. What a let down for an expensive, clearly overpriced product. Lesson learnt not to buy bedding from your stores anymore.

@alison_burrows If you no longer have your receipt it will be down to store discretion if they'll replace it for you or give you store credit when they see it , however, without a receipt, they will not be able to process a refund. I hope this helps - Billy 2/2

@Tesco I spent £20 (normal price £40) on a luxury bedset. I have had it on my bed once and it has come away at the seems,buttons were never on properly so are falling off. In fact the whole bedding set is now unusable. This was definitely not luxury or worth the amount paid.
