@Kohls I sent one envelope containing a rebate form, packing slips and 40 upc codes. The rebate center claims they did not receive the UPC codes and says I am out of luck for $540 in rebates. I do not have a copy of the codes. Just the receipt. Please help.

@VZWSupport I purchased a phone mount from a store in Omaha on Nov 27. The mount is missing a piece. I have spent almost 3 hours today trying to stumble across someone who can help me exchange it. Store, fail. Phone, fail. Chat, fail. Twitter? #helpmeforpetesakes

@CoxComm I have called 4 times to resolve a situation, which has made me so frustrated I now simply want to cancel service. My problem? Every time I hold for 20 minutes, the call eventually gets disconnected. Is this a trick?

Yo, Vala's admission fee had me feeling some sort of way yesterday. I wasn't ready! I've spent $16 per person before, but yesterday was $23. Ilike the place, but not sure that we will go back! #Omaha
