Truly innovative ideas aren't obvious. They are usually controversial and highly prone to failure. This is why having a culture of consensus is dangerous if your priority is delivering exponential results. How do you avoid consensus?

Designers today are like “what if the links slowly form a pentagram, the button dissovles into tv static, and as you scroll the content is swallowed by a black abyss?” And I’m like “ok but hear me out, what if instead we have: a headline... some body copy... and a button?” 🤷🏼‍♀️👵🏻🦕
