@VersusArthritis I was recently told by a rheumatologist that "you will just have to suffer", that was just one of many bad moments in that consultation. After complaining via PALs I am relieved that I never have to see him again!

@CUH_NHS park & ride blood test idea is genius but the reality is impractical. Tried just now given ticket 13 screen on 47 so 3hr ish wait so I left. 2 computers down today so nightmare!
Getting them printers would help!
At least the screen is fixed!

@247homerescue If I hadn’t had my boiler serviced by you and used a plumber then I wouldn’t have waited 1.5 days to be told you won’t cover the fix. They may well have just got a part and fixed it by now. Moral of the story don’t get your boiler serviced by an insurance company… 🤦♀️

@247homerescue No one I spoke to gave me a reference number. I spoke to someone on Friday morning who said someone would call me back and then a few minutes ago. They were both polite and friendly but said they can’t do much apart from get a manager to call me

@247homerescue just to say I would not recommend this company. Their phone was off 1hr before the answer phone message said it closed on Friday and I have been without my boiler since Thursday when the man who stank of cigarettes serviced my boiler and said it was unsafe (part1)
