Ruined my work Christmas lunch 😢 Because it wasn’t in bold it wasn’t spotted and I had to read the ingredients several times to spot it when my taste buds made me suspicious

@EFSA_EU been caught out again because alcohol is not classified as an allergen & isn’t bold on ingredients. It interacts with my medication and makes me sick. How to alcoholics cope? I ate @waitrose chocolate panettone which seemed safe & something you would give a child!

@CCSMSK this is you! Letter says ring if you have questions so I did and was told she could get him to ring me. Ummm when? Another call at an unknown is no use as the same thing will happen - duh 🙄

Why do medical professionals cold call with results? Do they not realise patients have jobs & may not be able to answer random phone calls? I missed the call, no message left and got a letter with around 100 words that doesn’t give me any useful info. 🤬🤦‍♀️🤬

So I phoned and spoke to a kind lady who said she could get him to call me which will have exactly the same problem as she would not give me a time slot 🤦‍♀️ Have now emailed but am not convinced I will get anywhere…

@VersusArthritis I was recently told by a rheumatologist that "you will just have to suffer", that was just one of many bad moments in that consultation. After complaining via PALs I am relieved that I never have to see him again!

So if work office hours you are missing work to go and lunchtime is never long enough as I have always been at least 1.5hrs waiting. Is there a way of having booking slots to fast track or a website to show how busy it is?

@CUH_NHS park & ride blood test idea is genius but the reality is impractical. Tried just now given ticket 13 screen on 47 so 3hr ish wait so I left. 2 computers down today so nightmare! Getting them printers would help! At least the screen is fixed! Only open from 9:30 - 4:30

This is all the info I received for a video appt. A text reminder & the appointment in MyChart neither have the link I needed which I only got via a call to the dept who sent a pdf I didn’t have. How many missed appts are due to patients not having the info? @CUH_NHS

@247homerescue If I hadn’t had my boiler serviced by you and used a plumber then I wouldn’t have waited 1.5 days to be told you won’t cover the fix. They may well have just got a part and fixed it by now. Moral of the story don’t get your boiler serviced by an insurance company… 🤦‍♀️

@247homerescue No one I spoke to gave me a reference number. I spoke to someone on Friday morning who said someone would call me back and then a few minutes ago. They were both polite and friendly but said they can’t do much apart from get a manager to call me

@247homerescue just to say I would not recommend this company. Their phone was off 1hr before the answer phone message said it closed on Friday and I have been without my boiler since Thursday when the man who stank of cigarettes serviced my boiler and said it was unsafe (part1)

I hoped that but paying for insurance I would not be in the position of not having a boiler for days but well that’s not my experience. At least it is still warm and I have an electric shower! Why pay for insurance? My advice don’t bother and I will not be renewing. (If art3)

Just had a gone call and the quote won’t be available till at least Monday at which point I will have been without my boiler for 4 days. The fix won’t be covered anyway so I will look for someone else. (Part2)
