@AndrewDBailey @Adam_Mares Idk. Denver is likely to finish behind the other 3 MVP candidates in the standings. Their defense is bad, and Jokic has been a big part of that problem. He has turned the ball over a lot since returning from injury. Luka, SGA, and Wemby have been incredible. It’s not crazy.

I have no idea how much credit to give to prediction markets, but I just saw one that suggested Nikola Jokić will finish fourth in MVP voting, despite having arguably the best single season in NBA history.
I do think there’s a case for Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, but Jokić finishing fourth would be “maybe there’s something wrong with the voting pool” level bad.

Jokic averages more rebounds & assists on better efficiency from the field, line, & three than Luka.... while also being a better defender & handling the ball for much less time. So forget Luka winning the MVP, I'm confused as to why he's even ahead of Jokic in this race.

@ZachLowe_NBA The Siakam return for the Raptors was pretty good when you remember it included Indiana’s unprotected 2026 first round pick. The problem was they then sent it out in the Ingram trade (and then the Pelicans foolishly sent it back to Indiana).

Never seen this before..a Missouri Girls Basketball playoff game is being resumed with :54 to go in the 3Q after a scoring mistake was made and subsequently a procedural error occurred which caused a misapplication of rules.

3) They won that Heat game because Brice Sensabaugh is nails and came through with several big shots. Is he not permitted to be the focal point of an offense without the presence of 'stars' on the floor concurrently?
I have more questions now than before they addressed/penalized this.

I don’t always hear a lot of outside noise during the game. Yesterday, I heard Brad distinctly after this huge play of the game. Now hearing it back gives me chills. Great win for our team yesterday. 🐯👊

And I’m not going to pretend like I was way into the 2017 Heat, but I don’t remember them having great talent or a star player return from injury or anything like that to ignite their run.
