@IKEAUKSupport hi. I bought Malm drawers in April '24, and part of the wooden support has failed (snapped). Is this covered for replacement or will I need to buy new? I cant figure out how to do this online if so.

@AvivaUK Hi, further to this we are struggling to find out who to contact. What topic does this fit under? Its an Aviva Online policy so unable to contact call center etc. We just need to be able to send a form to someone to process the other providers refund.

@allyalejandro Hi there, we do have a few different online policies with different contact details, please ask her to contact her motor insurance team who will be able to provide the right email address to send everything to.

@AvivaUK hi, my nan has accidentally held a dual policy with yourselves another provider (they were supposed to cancel policy) and theyve sent her a form to send on to yourselves to process a refund. Can you advise an email for this to be sent to pls, her policy is online?
