@airindiain Hello my email id Anupama.modi@gmail.com. My travel agent IndianEagle says tickets booked through agents do not generate RA number AirIndia is aware of this and AI is taking you for a ride. I am lost whom to believe or what else to do.

I have done this no use. Your booking agents and third party booking agency’s says AI is not doing the refund.

@airindiain My parents flight was booked from hyd-del-ewr for May28th. As they are indian citizens they are having this travel ban. I see there is a waiver for such cases. Are you offering a full refund? I checked with AI customercare and they said that we are eligible for full refund.

What % of seats are released on @airindiain website and how many are pre released to booking agents. @airindiain website is pathetic and we are forced to book through agents. You loose money and withhold passengers refunds. Should passengers fall into trap again?
