I had booked a consignment to Singrauli from Bhopal on 26 june 24 by Trackon., delivery by 29/30 June. But not reached till now and on tracking I was surprised to see the status that the delivery is taken by consignee with signature. Support phones not responding @trackonindia

It is highly unprofessional and careless on the part of TrackOn Courier that a laptop sent by a friend of mine an officer working with reputated company Chandigarh to Bengaluru has gone missing in transit. The laptop contained sensitive company and personal data. Shockingly, the courier company has shown no accountability and simply dismissed the issue by saying, "you should have had insurance" placing the blame on the sender instead of taking responsibility. A formal complaint has been registered with the Chandigarh Police, and the courier receipt number is 2000026222334. TrackOn Courier must urgently address this matter and take appropriate action! @trackonindia @ChdPol
