Their stories are a reminder that readiness is not a requirement to begin, it is something you grow into. If she did it, so can you. Applications are still open! Applications are still open for the AmaliTech Apprenticeship Programme (AAP)! Not everyone enters tech from the same starting point. AAP meets you where you are, with two clear pathways: 🔹 Junior Associate – For final year or recent graduates ready to build strong technical foundations through hands-on, real project exposure. 🔹 Mid-Level Entry – For professionals looking to deepen their expertise whilst contributing to globally-delivered projects. Apply now at amalitech.com/apprenticeship… #WorkwithAmaliTech

According to Bitkom's Cloud Report 2025, 78% of German companies say their country is too dependent on US cloud providers. That is not a future concern. It is reshaping cloud decisions right now. AWS has responded with the European Sovereign Cloud. The harder question is how to migrate there without compromising compliance. As an AWS Advanced Tier Partner, AmaliTech has the certifications, architecture, and expertise to guide organisations through regulation-aligned migrations. This year, I made the difficult decision to leave content development and fully pursue my passion for tech, especially cloud engineering and networking. Today, by God’s grace, I’m officially AWS Certified after passing the AWS Cloud Practitioner exam. 🙏

The transition from academic learning to industry readiness is not driven by knowledge alone. It takes structured pathways, real exposure, and the right support systems. Our team recently visited @AIMS_Rwanda to connect with students and introduce the AmaliTech Apprenticeship Programme. Strong curiosity, ambition, and a clear foundation for careers in data and technology. The potential in that room was undeniable. If you are a final year student or recent graduate in Rwanda ready to take that next step, the AmaliTech Apprenticeship Programme was built for you. Apply here: amalitech.com/apprenticeship… #WorkwithAmaliTech

Last week, we hosted "Beyond the Classroom: Preparing Women for Careers in Tech," and the conversations were worth every moment. Real stories. Real journeys. From uncertainty to leading client projects, one truth stood out: no one starts as an expert, but consistency and curiosity change everything. Thank you to Vanessa Addo for hosting, Tracy Sarah Afram-Owusu for her contributions as guest speaker, Sharon for her recruitment insights, and panellists Rose Tetteh, Emily Quarshie, Illona Addae, and Rafiatu Ibrahim for showing up authentically. To every participant, thank you. #WorkwithAmaliTech #WomenInTech

Technology has always had the power to transform lives. That power, however, means very little if the doors to it remain closed to most people. At AmaliTech, young people from Ghana and Rwanda access free tech training, step into real roles, and deliver solutions for global companies. The surplus flows back into the communities that produced them. Women, persons with disabilities, and youth who would otherwise be overlooked are not an afterthought here. Inclusion at AmaliTech is not something that was added on. It was built in from the start. #WorkwithAmaliTech

In Rwanda, our team took part in a walk to remember, one that led to the Rebero Genocide Memorial, a space that holds the memory of lives lost during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. Kwibuka calls for remembrance, truth, and unity. At AmaliTech, we remain committed to these values in the communities we are part of. “Remember, Unite, Renew” is a responsibility we carry forward. #WorkwithAmaliTech #Kwibuka32 #NeverAgain

Remote collaboration has transformed how global teams work, but human connection remains essential. Recently, our Marketing Team Lead from Ghana, Esther Nkrumah Amoah, and Director of Marketing from Germany, Katrin Hecker, met in Rwanda with our Marketing Analyst, Melissa Kundwa. After months of working across locations, meeting in person strengthened how we connect as a team. The same applies to our clients. While we operate globally, in-person visits deepen trust and open new opportunities for collaboration. Technology enables collaboration. Connection strengthens it. #WorkwithAmaliTech
