@jayaprabhu121 @KotakBankLtd yes, I feel the same, the bank officials are so rude. I even asked for account closing procedure and they said even for that the KYC must be done. Then why the heck depositing money is allowed before KYC?

@KotakBankLtd I recently opened an 811 account with you guys and the video kyc failed for some reason. I have personally visited the branch thrice and called the customer care a dozen times, the kyc is still not done. Also, they freezed the account and now i can't even pull out the money.

I dropped them cancellation email on 31st April, then follow up email on 17th May and then on 4th June but never heard back from them, not even an acknowledgment. Customer executives are super rude.
