My mom just moved into her new 5 bedroom house and told me to move in with her. Her words: “spending $1800 on rent is ridiculous. Save your money and move in with me. I don’t want to be in this house by myself” Idc what anyone say 🗣️ I’M MOVING IN 😂🤷🏽‍♀️ Besides having my room and own bathroom, she gave me one room to make an office that I can work from and I have my own living area upstairs. Mind you I’m 32!! Having parents that still support you after your 20s is such a flex.

@MelissaLMRogers Of course. There is always a method to the madness! They allowed house prices to soar so they could now bankrupt everyone slowly too…

Have you ever considered that maybe they’re keeping the GAS prices high in Canada to intrigue Canadians into buying EV cars, especially the ones from CHINA Just a thought 👀

@LizMcCutcheon3 @CP24 I agree, it’s way too hard to get basic help and medication when it’s something as simple as a ear or sinus infection

Imagine you're a cop and you're thinking about executing a search that you know is very close to being illegal but you aren't 100% sure it's illegal. If you know that the evidence will be admissible because you exercised good faith in trying to ensure your search wasn't illegal, then you're incentivized to skate close to the line since you know the evidence will get in even if you "happen to" cross the line. If the court takes into account your knowledge that you risked crossing the line to negate your argument that you searched in good faith, then you're incentivized not to deliberately skate close to the line. But now imagine if the court's rule is that if you *really* need the evidence you found, then they will let it in because the costs of suppressing the evidence are too great -- a criminal may get away with a crime. Well now the whole logic collapses. You'll definitely do the search because you only care if the evidence gets in if you need it. You don't care if the evidence is suppressed if and only if it wasn't helpful to your case anyway. So the cost/benefit analysis should only take into account factors that affected your decision. It shouldn't take into account how useful the evidence is to your case. Does that help?

Officers arrest woman with stolen truck that has 1.5 kilos of heroin inside, and find more drugs on her. Get a warrant to search her 2 cell phones for evidence of drug dealing. EDPA, per Weilheimer, J., suppresses fruits of the warrant. There is no probable cause, as there is nothing but boilerplate here that provides reason to think evidence might be on the phones. No good-faith exception, as it's important to deter the government from using boilerplate in warrants. (My take: This seems clearly wrong to me. If the government appeals this, the Third Circuit will very likely overturn it.) drive.google.com/file/d/12AiF7a… #N

@OrinKerr Is the cost/benefit analysis supposed to take into account the value of the evidence obtained? That seems to defeat the purpose of the analysis which is to preserve the deterrant value of suppression.

@MattWallace888 Aging, pale skin, make up does not compliment her skin at all… She has also had a facelift, upper bleph, lower bleph, temporal lift and neck lift. Then she has had her jaw squared and restructured. This is what surgery does coupled with aging.
