In true form, my Nanna’s given us one last laugh…as my Dad’s been sorting her funeral he found her Mum’s birth certificate and therefore discovered the name of HER Nanna. Excuse me while I get up off the floor to catch my breath

Three and a half years after the death of my husband, I'm struggling with burnout. I've kept going and held it together through some horrible times but I'm now off work resting. What has helped is talking to friends and a counsellor. It's #timetotalk day so I thought I'd share.
