@porterit_ its truly dismal that your rider are bloody thieves and cheats! Picking multiple order on my route and lying and taking 4.5 hrs for a mere 55 min delivery! No action by the customer care either! Why shall we pay a premium to apps like porter for such services!?

@hmindia Post multiple escalations and requests for over 2.5 months H&M has been unable to refund my significant amount of money due to goof ups at their end which is pathetic. Case ID 121308357. I would now be proceeding with a consumer case suit. Its just pathetic!
