Whoever is the bean counter at Amazon who suggests this little grab at float was a good idea doesn’t get how humans work. When @amazon does these type of things, we turn from allies to adversaries. Every time competitors are born, we root for them to usurp Amazon because of the way they abuse sellers. @ajassy do better. This is toxic.

This needs attention. @amznsellerhelp needs a rapid response team to fix our issues.

Our top Asin which sells over 3000 units per day is currently down on Amazon due to a technical issue @amznsellerhelp @AmazonASGTG Amazon competitive price match algos are faulty and telling us we need to sell at $5.64 for a $20 item. Amazon internals unable to fix.

@amznsellerhelp A seller is actively trying to work with your team, but this process has become impossible to take seriously. Repeatedly saying an issue is with an “internal team” while also telling us not to follow up is not a real resolution.

A recent case @amazon sellers are dealing with: Hockey trading card listings were removed for Coca-Cola IP violations—because a Coca-Cola logo appeared on the rink boards in the background of the card image. Seller Support then advised obtaining a LOA from The Coca-Cola Company and even updating the brand to Coca-Cola. Situations like this highlight the growing gap between automated enforcement and real-world context—despite ongoing emphasis from leadership on improvements to account health systems.

Has the DD+7 rollout been smooth and transparent?

@amznsellerhelp I've been selling on Amazon since 2010 – that’s 16 years! For the last two payment periods, Amazon has held back a portion of my payments, indicating a potential disbursement in the future. This is a new occurrence for me. While the amount is only a few hundred dollars, it represents a significant disruption to my cash flow. Anyone else experiencing this?

🚨Another shipment to @amazon TMB8 closed down 200 units. This is what happens when @amazon accepts deliveries off carrier manifests without checking them. I’m now down 360+ units in february at that FC & 808 in la la land to WBW2. @AmazonASGTG @amznsellerhelp
