Received a Section 3 Violation on March 13th on a restricted product category for “evasive behavior” tried submitting two appeals, both denied and now I’m not sure what to do. If anybody has gone thru this violation(seems new), please let me know how you resolved it

It’s not worth selling exclusively on Amazon anymore, especially with the threat of instant 2am suspension and withholding of funds, FBA products, and the shelf fees they will charge you while you submit countless documents, and they ask for the same docs every time, only to deny.

Account has been deactivated for almost 20 days. Can't make payroll. $114,000 tied up. "Internal Review" has been NINE DAYS. I CANNOT just "sit and wait" with no transparency as to what is happening. @AmazonASGTG @amznsellerhelp. Is there anyone at Amazon who looks at these?

@CadeDataDeals Sorry you’re going through this - Let me know how it goes, got suspended about a year ago and had to jump through all the hoops. Just when you want to give up for hitting a wall for the 100th time keep going, our suspension got lifted so I’m sure you’re close

Do my eyes deceive me?? 🤯 False claim of IP violation on #amazon which is nothing new; uploaded distributor invoice one time and less than a day later received this email. I hope this is a sign things are headed in the right direction! @AmazonASGTG

Few probably know that over 60% of sales on Amazon come from 3rd party sellers; unless you’ve been fleeced by the system you probably have no idea the antics that happen behind the scenes to 3rd party sellers. People’s entire business/livelihood stripped with no recourse!
