Yesterday, I became an #OUTLAW, I swam 1.2 miles, cycled 56 miles & ran 13.1 miles. My longest Triathlon to date. It was not quick, it certainly was not pretty, but it was all me. Amazing supporters helped.

3 weeks to find out if my training has paid off, the biggest sporting challenges i have ever done.

Today I had a cold call from @VodafoneUK offering me broadband. The agent was a aggressive sale and would not take no for an answer. In the end I hung up. I do not expect these types of calls from such companies. Please review your sale’s technique!

Yesterday, I attended a serious RTC car vs push bike. I have to say thank goodness the cyclist had emergency contacts in his phone. Please if you are a athlete on the streets make sure your details are in your phone.

My turn to walk puppy_scarlett. It was so refreshing and helped clear my mind. Got a bit carried away and walked 6.5km. She still did not want to go home. ☃️❄️
