@tescomobile What is the precise name of the app? The only other one I can see is the business app. I’m an individual not a business.

It isn’t the Rocket pack app it is just labelled ‘Tesco Mobile’ which is precisely what the instructions say to download.

@tescomobile I’ve just been moved to pay as you go essentials but can’t use Tesco Mobile app. When I load it I enter the correct mobile no but get this error.

@TSB Since when has it been acceptable to ring and wake up customers at 04:13 to tell them their account has gone overdrawn?

@meinirann @tescobankhelp @AppleSupport @meinirann I’ve now resolved it. I deleted the app, switched my phone off/on and reinstalled. It is now working again.

@amccorm @tescobankhelp I’ve been having this issue, along with other apps, ever since the latest @AppleSupport update.

@tescobankhelp The Tesco Bank app will not load on iPhone. It starts to load then crashes. I’ve tried switching phone off and back on but still the same.

@iamlauraj @tescobankhelp I’ve now resolved it. I deleted the app, switched my phone off/on and reinstalled. It is now working again.

@amccorm @tescobankhelp I need to amend my DD! I’ll just have to cancel it on my banking app and pay manually I guess….

@manairport Typical poor service as usual. Flight from Madrid took off late but landed on time. Waited almost 1 hour for luggage in Terminal 3. No explanation and no apology. Simply not good enough.

@RadioCity967 Forcing listeners to register and log in is bad enough but not having working links to the T&Cs and Privacy Policy on the registration screen is shoddy and worrying.
