Ukraine has lots of old Russian BUK anti-aircraft missile launchers but is running out of missiles. They modified the launchers to take the US RIM-7 Sea Sparrow. The RIM-7s are made by Raytheon and General Dynamics and cost only $165K each. Necessity is the mother of invention.
