The preloaded unit is claimed at the beginning to be part of the money paid for the purchase of the meter @NERCNG, but yet this is being brought up later. @aedcelectricity is trying to meet up with its numbers by billing loyal customers. This is not a good way to go about it.

The debt ref is PRELOADED_UNITS What factor determined the billing? Who set the cost per unit? (as it seems you are using a current rate and not the rate at the point of installation) Why were the customers not informed of the intended billing? Who approved this WICKEDNESS?

We went to the AEDC Area office in Area 3, and they now claim that we are still owing over 9,000 Naira, which has to be paid before the token is generated. I need AEDC to tell me how??

I did not initiate a cancellation especially after fully paying and having my flights booked. So safe yourself the heartache with this platforms and don’t pay till you are at the property. Also, I had to get a new room and @Expedia is saying that i can’t get a refund.

If you are planning a trip with @Expedia and its affiliates. Kindly do not pay on their platform, it’s best you pay when you get to the property. I just had the worst night in Paris, all thanks to @Expedia who cancelled my fully payed booking and left me stranded.
