@ameliorateskin I’ve still not received my order via the beyond awful Evri, although the tracking system tells me it was delivered on Monday 28th Nov with a completely black photo of proof of deliver. It is nowhere to be found!!! Please sort this for me!!!

Hi @ameliorateskin - are you deliberately trying to wind me up? You've just sent me another returns label for the US. You have no phone number, your live chat is never enabled, and when you respond to emails you clearly don't read the whole thread. What is going on?
