The “safety signal” he’s screaming about is largely the immune response vaccines are meant to cause. A sore arm isn’t harm, it’s proof it’s working.
Calling that “harm” shows a fundamental ignorance of basic immunology. You’d hope a Senator would have staff to explain that.

This makes it pretty clear that Ron Johnson's preferred signal-detection method is not useful. It identified "sinus rhythm" - which is how we describe your normal heart rate as a "signal". If it flags normal physiology as a signal, clearly the method is too sensitive.
