The R/GA NY summer party looked a lil different this year! Instead of renting out a big rooftop, we created R/GA Downtown—buying out 5 bars in the East Village (on the same block) for our people to bounce around. Felt like a night out with friends instead of a company party 😇

If you’re against abortion, don’t get one. If you’re against contraception, don’t take any. If you’re against same-sex relationships, don’t have one. If you’re against same-sex marriage, don’t marry someone of same gender. Do not impose your beliefs & religion on all Americans.

No irony here: I legitimately do not know how. Citizens are not allowed to vote directly on gun control, our reps are against it or ineffectual, the Supreme Court is in no way beholden to the public, and extremely harsh penalties were just passed for protesting them directly.

Honestly, those of us who stuck around during the pandemic and didn't temporarily bail for second homes upstate or in the Hamptons should get a lifelong discount.

@SophieWarnes Hi! I just left NYC after living in Bushwick for four years off the Dekalb stop. I found it safe, but I also lived two blocks from the subway which helped. The bars are great and there are lots of tasty food options and young people. Let me if you have specific questions!
