@thetrainline I finally got my refund yes…but my issue is that it’s Christmas now so will I get a call? & why did it take a month that was littered with shoddy customer service…Merry Christmas Keith!

@thetrainline I’ve been refunded now, after a month of failed attempts by your staff, numerous phone calls to your inadequate call centre and a customer service experience that at best was awful. Still no contact regarding my complaint despite emails promising an explanation 👍

@loveholidays GIVE US OUR REFUND...we don’t want to wait until 3 days before we fly to be told we can’t, we want our refund so we can NOT book with you EVER again. Three agents and one month since one of flights have been cancelled. No explanation, just wait. DISGUSTING
