Booked our smart meter upgrade with @OctopusEnergy on 4/7/26 for today, 11/7/26 from 8:00-17:00. Confirmation email said the engineer will contact us in advance to give a better indication of arrival time. It is now past 17:00 and not a single call or message from an engineer.
This is horrendous.
It used to be rare for France to reach 40°C so to be recording mid-40’s in June is beyond extreme.
Climate change has made events like this over 5x more likely.

Hi, @OctopusEnergy! I am trying to switch to your Intelligent Octopus Go Tariff but I am getting an error code OE-0102. Refreshing the page doesn't help either.
