@DanielleMorrill @JVal3nti When most people think ‘career’ they probably correlate it with going up a particular ladder. Junior, senior, head, VP etc all within a particular discipline. You (and any other startup folks) don’t always follow that kind of path.

@DanielleMorrill @JVal3nti Looking at your list, the term ‘career’ seems inaccurate. ‘Portfolio’ might be more appropriate and perhaps there are ideas/tools from that area which could be useful.
