@iRobot extremely disappointed with the customer services and fake promises made on email and call. When it comes to dealing in real life, its so bad service. Should have listened to my friends before purchase.

@ViCustomerCare I am sorry but you couldn't sustain Jio competition and I made a mistake to stick with you for 20 years and now I am stuck with such poor customer service. Horrible customer service and agents talking so rudely as if doing a favor. Where is that HAPPY TO HELP?

@ViCustomerCare She mentioned that sim is damaged and do simex.
1. How can I do simex in foreign location. How can she even offer this solution
2. Why is saying sim is damaged, while selecting network manually its showing network but vodafone is showing error at the end.
@ViCustomerCare Not allowing me to select network. Spoke to agent. She was more rude than my angry wife and said dont have reachrge. I recharged few days back and again did 150 rupee recharge. Still not working
Very disappointed with VI service. A number I’ve used for over a year was blocked without notice. Reactivation/transfer request rejected, leaving me with major losses & disruptions. Request immediate intervention.
