Anyone else notice a lot of tragic suicides in Ireland? I was just tuned into a funeral there now and it was particularly 💔 as the young man has a wife & 2 young kids. He is also a distant relative 😔🕯️ @SamaritansIRL 116 123 Roscommon Leitrim healingdistress.wordpress.com/2017/11/30/a-p…

I have received information from several credible sources indicating that Israel is prepared and indeed preparing to use nuclear weapons in its war with Iran. If this is the case, Iran is not the only place that urgently needs regime change. What do you think ?

There is ZERO reason for any hospital anywhere to be serving patients pancakes with maple syrup and sugar muffins first thing in the morning. Yet every hospital I’ve ever worked in has this as a breakfast option.

I have unfortunately made my mental health worse by being honest on here. Although there are some beautiful souls who have supported me, and have understood my circumstances from the very beginning! It's the nasty comments that have the greatest impact. I guess those comments are the ones that have brought me to my knees today, I just don't have the energy to fight on anymore, right now. It doesn't take much to be kind to people when they need it, remember that.

Are we forgetting Ireland 🇮🇪 has not banned puberty blockers. 🤔 McEntee's husband is employed by the pharmaceutical company that manufactures puberty blockers. Puberty blockers are banned in the UK and Northern Ireland due to the serious harms they can cause to children.

I have a general rule. When I meet a very healthy appearing 90-year-old in the hospital, and I ask them what their secret is to longevity. I LISTEN TO THEM. I don’t doubt them, compare what they have to say to any BS medical studies, or roll my eyes if they say they don’t like medicines. I LISTEN TO THEM.

@thepainterflynn My friend was over 100 and was well cared for. From an age perspective. I'm due a visit but was sick last week. She is 102. Best of 🍀 As for any cancer treatments there are alternatives that are not discussed enough. Outside of chemo + rad.

Tylenol doesn't just kill pain - it kills empathy & emotions. According to a few studies, when people take acetaminophen (paracetamol) they have reduced expressions of both positive and negative feelings towards others' experiences. Apparently this is because this drug reduces brain activity in the "anterior insula and anterior parts of the cingulate cortex," regions involved in networks that facilitate emotional awareness.

There is an emerging field called metabolic psychiatry. The core idea: mental illness, in many cases, is a metabolic disease. Depression. Bipolar. Schizophrenia. Anxiety. All associated with impaired brain energy metabolism. I know this because a ketogenic diet changed my life after 4 hospitalizations. If this is new to you — my YouTube channel is a good place to start. @matthewbaszucki" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@matthewbaszuc

One of the fastest ways to destroy your metabolic health and mental health? Hating your job. This is the reality for millions of people. Many of them professionals who climbed the ladder but ended up on the wrong roof. I’m not a careers counselor. But I’ve watched enough people as young as their 30s lose their health because they have zero enthusiasm for their work and despise the system they operate in. The pattern is predictable: comfort food becomes the coping mechanism, exercise disappears, the weight piles on, inflammation rises, and misery at work always spills over to home life. So on this Monday— if this is you— understand something: you will rarely have good physical or mental health if you hate what you do for work. That’s not motivational fluff. It’s what I see clinically. I don’t care how you do it. But find a way out. Do whatever it takes. Life is short, you only have a certain number of rotations around the sun. Don’t underestimate how much better your life will be if you have enthusiasm and passion for what do you do every day for work. And build your new life on a foundation of solid metabolic health.

...and what about the 39,050 deaths and 324,950 serious adverse event reports to VAERS in addition to the 27,688 cases of myocarditis/pericarditis reported to VAERS... and for what? To make a mockery of vaccination! These mRNA gene therapy products didn't protect anyone and made the relevance of adaptive and innate immunity MOOT! By mid 2021 people were not generally dying of SARS-CoV-2 infection but of clotting/vasculitis/myocarditis due to the two bioweapons. How do antibodies to spike protein protect against these bioweapons? They don't. They make it worse.
