I told her I haven’t activated card but she was saying card is sent activated by bank. I said I won’t pay any fee. Let’s see What happens now

I have a similar case with my Axis Samsung Infinite card. The fees are applied immediately upon receipt of a new card, but I requested closure with the return of the joining fee, as I have not done any transactions and it's my right to activate or close it. Request for a closure via email if you made a decision and mention not to charge the joining fees
