@OlekChaseCar This is crazy... its absolutely the same on tiktok and epic/uefn. Customer support is dead! The crazy part is... those platforms only work if creators upload content. And they just give a fuck and shit on those creators. 🤨

🚨 YouTube MIGHT be committing mass law violations in plain sight. ❌ And that's why there are some stats they WILL NEVER release! YouTube announced in their TRANSPARENCY REPORT: they terminated more than 12 MILLION channels in 9 months this year. 7.5 million in the last quarter alone. But you know what stats YouTube will NEVER EVER announce? ➡️ How many of those terminated channels were from Europe ? ➡️ How many EU-based channels were terminated purely by AI ? Here is the reason why they will never release these numbers: The Law: Digital Services Act (DSA) The Article: Article 20, Paragraph 6 ✅ What it says: Decisions to suspend or terminate accounts "shall be taken under the supervision of appropriately qualified staff, and not solely on the basis of automated means." ❗️ Releasing EU-specific numbers COULD be admitting to breaking the law millions of times. And they know it! That's why they keep repeating one of the vaguest sentence ever invented: "We rely on a combination of people and technology to flag inappropriate content and enforce these guidelines." But the reality is a closed AI loop: ➡️ AI bans you ➡️ AI reviews your appeal ➡️ AI denies you So what's the "people" percentage in their "combination of people and technology"? Do the math. Ehh.. I am afraid YouTube's transparency report is not that transparent after all. But the rabbit hole goes deeper. I spent 6 months legally fighting YouTube just to prove their AI was wrong. Won the case. Got the official decision. Turns out winning was the easy part. Getting @TeamYouTube to obey the law, that's the difficult part. #YouTubeAIWrongedCreators

This number should terrify every creator on YouTube. Jan–Mar 2025: 2,897,659 channels removed Apr–Jun 2025: 2,105,778 channels removed Jul–Sep 2025: 7,456,811 channels removed That’s 12,460,248 channels deleted in just 9 months. Twelve. Million. Channels. Are we really supposed to believe 12 million creators all violated policies? Did every one of them get a fair human review… or is YouTube’s AI just wiping out channels whenever it feels like it? My channel was one of them😑. No strikes, no warnings, no violations Destroyed overnight and labeled “spam” for absolutely nothing💔. We’re not numbers. We’re creators. And we deserve transparency, accountability, and a REAL human review🙏. Note: These numbers come directly from YouTube’s official Transparency Report. @TeamYouTube the creators deserve answers. All I’m asking🙏 for is one real human review on my case. Silence shouldn’t be the punishment for my hard work. Creators deserve fairness. Creators deserve answers. Please tag @TeamYouTube @YouTube and RT.

YouTube thinks you are too stupid to notice their 12M termination math doesn't work. YouTube just responded to the whole "we terminated 12 million channels" controversy, and I need to break down exactly why their response is absolutely insane. Their defense has three main points, and every single one falls apart under basic scrutiny: ❗️POINT 1: "Channels terminated ≠ Creators terminated" YouTube's argument: "Don't worry about 12 million channels because one scammer can have hundreds of channels, so it's really not that many creators!" Why this is BS: Even using their MOST generous interpretation, let's say the average scammer has 200 channels (which is crazy high). That's still 60,000 creators completely wiped out in 9 months. But here's the real issue, we KNOW it's not just scammers because: ➡️ From the many loud cases on X, we know that many channels were wrongfully terminated for "spam/scam" and circumvention. ➡️ A streamer got age-restricted because AI thought LAUGHTER was "graphic violence" ➡️ A creator got terminated for "impersonating herself" by creating a clips channel from her own content ➡️ A documentary channel that hit millions of views on its first 3 videos got terminated 14 days after monetization. The list can go on and on. These aren't sophisticated financial operations running hundreds of spam channels. These are legitimate creators getting destroyed. So the "channels ≠ creators" argument is just a way to make 12 million sound less apocalyptic. It's still apocalyptic. ❗️POINT 2: "It's mostly a specific financial scam out of Southeast Asia" This is my absolute favorite part of their response because it's SUCH a convenient scapegoat. YouTube spent weeks getting absolutely roasted for: ➡️ Broken AI flagging random content ➡️ Zero accountability ➡️ Legitimate creators getting terminated ➡️ Appeals being instantly rejected And their response is, "Actually, it was all Southeast Asian scammers." Okay cool, so how exactly does a "financial scam operation" (which yes, did happen & good on YouTube for catching it) explain: ❌ An animation channel with 650K subscribers being called spam? ❌ A streamer laughing being flagged as "graphic violence"? ❌ Original creators being terminated for impersonating themselves? ❌ A 15-year-old parent channel vanishing with zero explanation? ❌ A livestream taken down for violating firearm policy when, in fact, the person in the video is holding a microphone. It doesn't. Because those aren't financial scams. That's just YouTube's system being broken. But blaming "Southeast Asia" is perfect for YouTube because it: ✅ Sounds legitimate and serious ✅ Most people won't dig deeper ✅ Shifts blame away from their AI ✅ Gives them plausible deniability It's corporate deflection 101. ❗️POINT 3: "Humans on our policy team correctly terminated that channel" This is where the whole thing completely collapses. YouTube's CEO LITERALLY just announced they're expanding AI moderation. That's the whole reason creators are mad, because the AI is broken and destroying channels. But now, when a 650K subscriber animation creator goes viral calling them out, suddenly it was "humans" who "carefully reviewed" and "correctly terminated" the channel? Let me get this straight. The same "humans" who: ➡️Flagged laughter as graphic violence ➡️ Deleted creators for impersonating themselves ➡️ Remove 82,000+ channels every single day ➡️Have to review one channel per second to keep up with that pace ➡️ Apparently can't tell animation from spam ➡️And again, my absolute favorite: took down the livestream for a creator holding a "firearm"/microphone in their hand. THESE are the humans we're supposed to trust "correctly" reviewed it? YouTube wants to have it both ways: 👉 When it's good PR: "Our AI is amazing and we're expanding it!" 👉 When they get called out: "Actually humans carefully reviewed everything!" THE ACTUAL ISSUE NOBODY'S TALKING ABOUT: YouTube casually mentioned they terminated 20.5 MILLION channels in Q4 2023 alone. Let that sink in. They're treating this like it's normal. Like 7.5 million/quarter is actually an improvement. This is the scale YouTube operates at, millions of channels terminated per quarter, and their attitude is basically "trust us, we got most of them right." But there's no accountability. No transparency. No appeals process that actually works. THE BOTTOM LINE: YouTube created a system that: ➡️ Terminates channels at an industrial scale (82,000+ per day). Many could be legitimate, but many are completely wrongful terminations. ➡️ Uses AI that can't tell laughter from violence, or a firearm from a microphone ➡️ Provides zero explanation for terminations ➡️ Auto-rejects appeals ➡️ Has no accountability when they're wrong When creators point this out, YouTube: ❌ Blames Southeast Asian scammers ❌ Claims "channels ≠ creators" to minimize the numbers ❌ Insists humans reviewed everything (while simultaneously expanding AI) ❌ Insists they were right despite all evidence This isn't a bug. It's the system working exactly as designed. Terminate millions of channels, deal with the tiny fraction that go viral and complain, ignore everyone else. Every creator on YouTube is one algorithmic mistake away from losing everything. And YouTube's response will be: "The humans reviewed it correctly. Also, it was probably Southeast Asian scammers. Stop asking questions." Absolutely unreal But the absurdity doesn't stop there. I spent 6 months legally defeating YouTube just to prove their AI was wrong. Won the case. Got the official decision. Turns out winning was the easy part. Getting @TeamYouTube to obey the law, that's the most difficult. #YouTubeAIWrongedCreators

The bug that’s causing rows in Discover, including New & Updated, to update less often is also causing us to deliver fewer impressions than reported for some Sponsored Row campaigns – in most cases under 10% but in a few cases up to 20%. We’ll have a fix on December 18. We’ll refund impacted developers for the portion of impressions they didn’t receive between November 30 and December 18. Once the fix is live, we will roll out refunds that will be automatically issued to the original payment method.

❕We're aware of an issue with Discover where the New and Updated row is not updating correctly. We will let you know when we have more information or a fix.

🚨 YouTube's AI "logic" has reached peak absurdity: ➡️ Creator makes original content ➡️ Someone steals it and gets banned ➡️ YouTube bans the ORIGINAL creator for "reuploading" their own stolen content ➡️ The video has their watermark on it. The watermark is literally RIGHT THERE! Make it make sense! This is the "improved AI" they keep celebrating. And they wonder why creators are terrified. The system can't tell: ❌ Original from stolen ❌ Creator from thief ❌ Victim from violator I myself spent 6 months legally defeating YouTube just to prove their AI was wrong. Won the case. Got the decision. Turns out winning was the easy part. Getting @TeamYouTube to obey the law – that's the difficult part.

🚨 Everyone told me a small creator can't legally beat YouTube. I proved them wrong. WON the case. Got the official decision. 🤯 Turns out the REAL impossible part isn't winning. It's getting YouTube to acknowledge you WON. This story proves YouTube's system is designed to crush the creator. Here's what happened when I fought back: 👇 JUNE 2024: I get the email every creator dreads. My channel is demonetized for "reused content." I fight back. I appeal, and luckily, get a human review. A HUMAN at YouTube actually reviews my work. My editing timeline, my scripts, my voiceovers. They see it all because I sent them a 5-minute video of my whole creation process. ✅ Their verdict? "This is original content. You follow all guidelines." Monetization restored. A human saw my work. A human validated me. I was safe. 🛑 But I was wrong. NOVEMBER 2024: My channel is TERMINATED. 🚫 The reason? "Spam, deceptive practices, and scams." 🤔 Wait... how? A human JUST cleared me months ago. Since I was verified by a YouTube employee, I knew my content was fine. I was creating EV news/car review videos that the YouTube Team had already accepted. Yet, the AI bot didn't care this time. I appealed again. This time, it wasn't a human. It was an AI. Instant rejection. No explanation. This is where most creators give up. But for me, it felt so unfair that I couldn't accept it. As an EU citizen, I found legal options most creators don't know about. ⚖️ I took my case to ADROIT, an official EU legal dispute body. I wasn't just appealing to YouTube anymore. I was forcing them to defend their decision in a legal arena. YouTube had every chance to defend themselves and show what I violated. And on July 23, 2025, the decision arrived. The verdict (see screenshot): ✅ "Complaint is UPHELD" ✅ "YouTube's termination was NOT RIGHTFUL" ✅ "YouTube failed to specify the violating content" and my channel should be reinstated. 🛑 YouTube terminated my channel, calling it "Spam, Deceptive & Scam." 🟢 The European Union Certified Dispute Body reviewed my content and found the OPPOSITE: my content is LEGIT. HERE IS WHAT THE INDEPENDENT ADJUDICATOR FOUND (see screenshot): 1️⃣ I am Credible: "The Complainant has submitted a credible and detailed account of the content creation practices." 2️⃣ My Content is Original: "These include original scripting, lawful use of licensed media assets, and adherence to editorial standards." 3️⃣ I Followed the Rules: My content is "consistent with the platform's published guidelines." THE REALITY: 🟢 A human legal expert reviewed my work and saw Original Content. 🛑 YouTube's bots saw "Spam." ‼️ Here's where it gets terrifying! My channel is STILL terminated, even though YouTube's actions were against the law and I have the legal document to prove it. Who is not being honest here? 🟢 Me, who opened my content to an independent auditor? 🚫 Or YouTube, who never provided a single piece of proof of my "violations"? So I have: ✅ An independent legal body finding my content creation practices credible ✅ YouTube's own June 2024 human review finding full compliance of my content with the policies ✅ All my content confirmed to be legitimate by the dispute body ✅ A legal decision that YouTube violated the law YouTube has: ❌ No specific evidence ❌ Contradictory past assessments ❌ Violated procedural law YouTube's silence about my termination is 100% intentional. ➡️ Responding = admitting their AI was wrong and they broke the law. ➡️ Admitting = accountability. ➡️ Accountability = actually fixing things. ➡️ Easier to ignore one creator than fix a broken system. ❗️They're really hoping I shut up about it. But I'm not going anywhere. 🆘 I need your help: 🔄 RT this and tag @TeamYouTube Please make them listen, so they can't pretend that nothing happened. It's time for answers! If they can do this to me AFTER I won the decision, what chance does any creator have? #YouTubeAIWrongedCreators @YouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTubeInsider
