TESLA AFTER A SPACEX IPO Many analysts assume a static pie — i.e. a scarcity mindset. They think a SpaceX IPO hurts Tesla longterm by splitting Elon’s (and investors’) attention. They somehow forgot that Elon Musk built both Tesla & SpaceX simultaneously to trillion-plus valuations. Tesla has always been volatile, a SpaceX IPO is just this week’s excuse. Traders make money from volatility. These analysts are ALREADY WRONG. Within 3 months of AJ’s doomsday 2/25 analysis, Tesla & SpaceX are deepening a mutually beneficial partnership. This isn’t a zero-sum game. Instead of each company remaining on a trajectory to be an $8 Trillion company, Elon Musk leveled up to a new 100 Trillion market cap goal. Instead of competition between Musk companies and divided loyalty, Elon Musk has tasked Tesla/SpaceX/xAI with one audacious mission: remove the constraint of Earth and its limited resources by kick-starting a true Space Economy flywheel. Digital Optimus, the Terafab and AI Space Compute are just the start. A SpaceX IPO primes the flywheel with initial operating cash. This is the biggest undertaking in human history — an investment opportunity that could exceed today’s Earth economy by 10x, 100x, or even 100,000x. I have been a first officer on a B787 for 11 years, and have over 7100 hours flying it. I am a huge fan. I will switch over to captain on it in a few years, but like my schedule now. I get 19 days off work - without vacation. And get to fly to places like Singapore, Tahiti, Seoul, London, Australia, etc.

This is many American cities.

They clearly didn’t. That is how you know the judge engineered a result she wanted because she is an extremist. The crime was ongoing from the first moment they stop the charity to now - it wasn’t a single event there were many claims not barred by the statute of limitations. This is one of corrupt judge’s favorite tools - hear a case and then claim a procedural issue - because they think it gives an illusion of fairness. It doesn’t. It shows the lengths they go too deliberately ignore the law and subvert justice.

Stealing a charity should not be possible. Of course thieves try to obfuscate their left, that shouldn’t protect them. The Appeals court can get this right.

You might look at this chart of @Tesla Revenue and say they have lost momentum or plateaued 🚫 The truth is they are just getting started. This year $TSLA will break $100B in revenue and never look back The technology that Tesla is developing has advanced incredibly since 2023, even if revenue hasn't shown it Financials are lumpy and don't show the full story Tesla isn't optimizing for short term financial results, they are focused on building technology that will matter decades from now That is why they are spending a record $25B on CAPEX this year They are setting up for a massive new growth wave that will take the company to $500B in revenue then $Ts and beyond It will take time, but as FSD + @Robotaxi & @Tesla_Optimus begin to hit the mainstream we are going to see growth that Wall Street has never seen before. It's going to be glorious So for now, I enjoy watching this nascent Tesla revenue chart, as it slowly it begins to stir and a financial titan emerges If you told me that my #1 stock holding (98% of my public equites portfolio is in $TSLA) would be valued at 15X revenue with negative growth and 20% gross margins I'd say WTF ... I need to sell lol But in reality, I'm holding, sleeping as sound as ever knowing the technology Tesla is developing today is getting more valuable by the second. Maybe this conviction only comes when you've been long a stock for 14 years 😂 Eventually the financials will catch up 😌 When do you think @Tesla's revenue growth begins to accelerate??

That I what I think too. There are many individual crimes involved. So the judge set it up from the beginning with an instruction to the jury that was questionable. If it was actually beyond the statute of limitations she would have dismissed it immediately. It wasn’t. Like Elon Musk said - it was a fig leave, a result she deliberately created and tried to pretend it was the jury. That should be reversible on appeal. Think of the absolute waste of time and resources. I am really over the corruption in every part of American society. People have to stop substituting politics and emotions for the law. It is tearing America apart.
