@WeAreOpenreach Hi there, can you tell me why im getting texts to make a appointment for an earlier date for you to connect fibre to my home The system said I can have fibre but they were on about the wrong pole. The correct pole has nothing coming from it to connect up

@WeAreOpenreach The Engineer who came out in the first place done most of the work inside my home, he has already flagged up that the pole has no equipment. But I haven't had any updates since. It be handy to know if the equipment on the pole will be done by the 23rd .So dont have to wait in

@WeAreOpenreach Hi there, my worry is if there is nothing on the pole still and not dine by the 23rd , then its pointless the engineer coming out and me waiting in on the 23rd to connect it cos the pole needs to be done first.

@WeAreOpenreach Yep that i have done, sky said only you know when you can finish work on that pole. I have a scheduled appointment on the 23rd March for one of your engineers to come and put a wire into my home. How would i know when the pole will be ready? Thanks

@asda @AsdaServiceTeam today was the 2nd time ive forgotten to scan asda rewards due to using the (dare I say it, self serve, cringe!) . no manned tillsavailable after 6pm. Ridiculous, I dont work there! 1 of the few staff at self serve could & should be on manned tills!
