I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of my good friend David Blee. He has been a colleague of mine since we worked together at DOE under Secretary Herrington in the Reagan Administration. The nuclear industry has lost a tremendous leader. He was a "Hail-fellow-well-met!"

Today marks the 50th anniversary of my first day of Federal service beginning at @TheJusticeDept & @Interior and later moving to @Energy with a few short detours to the private sector. It's been a rewarding experience and I look forward to continuing to serve the American people!
