Meia hora em chamada onde me disseram que não tinham previsão de pagamento, enviaram-me depois um email automático (que parou na caixa spam) a pedir dados bancários e 3 dias depois tinha o meu dinheiro! Aconselho a pedir que lhe enviem esse email :)

@tapairportugal It’s almost a year since I requested my refund and every time I ask about it, all they say is that it’s being processed… It takes a year to process a refund???? I will never get my money back.
