@etihad I’ve contacted etihad via phone, email, inboxes on social media but in vain. Case ref 210911292809, I still haven’t received refund- the booking was made on etihad website and no agent is involved in my booking so stop saying “speak to your agent”

@mcflyroro @IrishRail Thank you! It was surprising to see how it was routine for them to just say meh, sit in another seat. Anyway, the group created quite a scene with smoking indoors and threatening other passengers. After reporting to the driver, gardai were able to remove them from the train.

@IrishRail Currently traveling from Dublin to Galway with a seat booked in advance. The seat displays my name but the person sitting on it has refused to get off. There is no security on the train. Please let me know what can be done in such a situation

@IrishRail It is a group of people possibly intoxicated, refusing to get off the seat. I do not feel safe arguing with them.
