@alpharooms disgusting service. Can’t get hold of anyone on the phone. You cancelled my hotel and I’m still waiting for nearly £2000 refund !! Thanks alpHa rooms because of u We can’t go on a family trip anywhere!!Never book with these guys ! Dispute raised next lawyers.

@FitnSuperstore website wouldn’t let me checkout last week and I had £100 worth of items. I took images. What shall I do to place my order? Website is not working and I’m not ordering £200 worth now as I have proof from last week

@FitnSuperstore I’ve been trying to place an order all day. Minimum spend £100 which I had in my basket wouldn’t allow me to checkout as it said I hadn’t reached £100. Well. Actually I did. Now it’s jumped to min spend £200. This isn’t on! I just want to place an order.

@alpharoomshelp really bad customer services experience.. no help what so ever on price match. Rule book is all they follow. Will never use them again.

Disgusted that hof sent my £500 gift card back! Have tried getting in touch with customer services but no help what so ever. Anyone know what I can do to take this further?? I sent it ages ago and they wrote back saying no and to get in touch with my bank
