Beware when booking a holiday with @alpharooms - do not book unless you are 100% going to travel. They advertise Free Cancelation but do not honour this. @alpharoomshelp - update your marketing. Save yourself the stress!

@alpharoomshelp What are the terms on free cancellations? Your site shows free cancellations on rooms however the terms do not explain any penalties/admin fees etc when cancelling before the date shown.

Hi @alpharooms and @alpharoomshelp Im still waiting for a refund for my May holiday. I’ve called 8 times and every time got told the only thing I can do is send an email. I’ve been emailing for months and have never even been acknowledge.

@AmiePrince_ @alpharoomshelp They are useless. Had a issue this morning. Rang customer services. Issue not resolved and my booking is for next year!! The advisors just read from a sheet of paper. Will never use them again and will advise all my friends and family how bad they are.
