@alpharooms appalling service from yourselves . You owe me over £300 from last July 20. You never respond to calls or messages I eventually raised a dispute with hsbc. They have been waiting to hear from you since December . Never book any holidays with this company.

@alpharooms @alpharoomshelp Having paid for a holiday 13 months ago for £5k+ that Alpharooms cancelled ahead of the scheduled date in July 20; do not believe anything you are told by email or in person. There is clearly a deliberate stalling tactic to not provide refunds

@alpharooms you still have not refunded my holiday monies that you cancelled last March! Keep saying I'll get a call back or I'll be refunded last October then pushed to December not March

@alpharooms don’t book with them! I booked with the confidence all money would be refunded in full if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of reservation. Been requesting my refund since September 2020 constantly refusing to refund my money.

@alpharooms Hi Alpharooms, I would like to raise a complaint about an email that has been going backwards and forwards about getting our money back for a hotel that was booked for October 2020 in Vegas. No sight of a refund, just being fobbed off with a credit note, please help.

@WhichUK The same narrative as many others. No contact with @alpharooms; hotel closed which they were informed of in March and still took our money. No live chat; no platform to raise issue. This really is criminal and illegal; non compliance with CMA Open Letter and Sale of Goods Act
