Actually after living In the UK… most people put decent stuff outside their home for people to take. It is usually gone within 4-6 hours. This doesn’t quite look like fly tipping, although he should have left it right next to his wall. People in my neighborhood, on side roads will put their good stuff next to a busier road. Our church is on a busier road… it annoyed me first time I saw it put in front of our building… but realized the stuff was taken pretty quickly.
