@leahhchelseaa @LNER . @EastMidRailway are just as bad. Went through a great big long winded claim (only did it as they made me late for a funeral 😩) and then a week later they said they couldn’t process it as I hadn’t sent a photo of the destroyed ticket. Which they’d not asked for

So my @LNER train was cancelled last week from King’s Cross, didn’t end up using the ticket & bought a ticket for a Hull train instead. LNER sent me an email telling me I was eligible for a refund, tell me why they’ve declined the request? Can’t make it up lol

@EastMidRailway genuinely don’t understand why you offer 1st class tickets on the Sunday trains from Leicester to St Panc, when there is no refreshments at all on the train - not so much as a cup of coffee to be had - and it’s a 2 hour 13 min journey 😩😩😩

@TUIUK I have filled in a flight delay claim for delight TOM4701 on 13/08/23 twice now, and both times you tell me you couldn’t locate my party of 6. Interesting you were able to locate us for payment of the holiday, and to keep us updated about the return flight delays. 1/2

I’ve tried emailing the claims email as you suggested in your email - and I get an automated response saying you’ll endeavour to respond in 56 days…… 56 DAYS?!!! Please can you sort this - you know the flight was delayed by nearly 6 hours, and I’ve given you all the reqd info
