I do like Google maps and the speed trap information and viewing live traffic. But sometimes due to the issues above I just turn it off. /4

2nd picture Do we really need 8 I-72 markers indicating what road I’m on in maps suggested viewing picture? It’s very cluttered! If there is a better forum to give feedback on I’d be happy to do so! /3

@DGilispie @AMacias3318 @hatchforsleep @DGilispie @AMacias3318 We just bought one and tried to setup yesterday, and same thing is happening with ours. It initially connected. Then when we closed out of app and tried to open later it says unable to connect. Light is orange on the bottom of device

@AMacias3318 @hatchforsleep Okay I’m having the exact same problem! I’ve talked to three separate people and they insist it’s something in my end. I have tried on my spouses phone and same thing. I also have the red dot on mine as well.

Update: The AWS outage has been resolved. You should now be able to use your Hatch app and connect to your device.  Your device should reconnect automatically, but if you’re still having trouble, a quick power cycle will help.

@hatchforsleep @hatchforsleep just bought a hatch. Unable to connect at all. Bottom of device shows orange light.

All you need to do is unplug your device for a few seconds and then plug it back in. If that doesn't do the trick, please let us know so we can help you get things working again! Again thank you for your patience and we’re so sorry for any trouble you experienced 😴💤
