Pick Your North Star Make it uncomfortably clear where you’re aiming to go → $100K/mo agency → 12% body fat → Retire your parents → Build a personal brand people beg to work with If your goal is vague, your actions will be soft. 2. Break Your Brain Before You Begin Give yourself 10 days to confront all your bullshit: → Addictions → Excuses → Emotional swings → Attention span of a squirrel Write out the exact way you self-sabotage → Then write out the system that replaces it Keep this list in your Notes app and check it DAILY 3. Lock In Non-Negotiables Pick 7–9 things you’ll do every day no matter what Mine looked like: → Praying → Training → Filming content → Helping my family → Managing my systems 4. Input-Based Execution Only Set goals you control, not something like going viral or make “$50k” Set goals like: → 180 short-form pieces in 90 days → 3 tweets per day → 24 YouTube uploads → DM 100 leads per week You don’t rise to the level of your goals You fall to the level of your systems 5. Systemize Everything Don’t rely on motivation Break each big task into SOPs > Creating content? Break it into: idea sourcing → scripting → filming → editing → posting > Generating leads? Break it into: list → hook → outreach → follow-up → close Run your life like a business 6. Hit 85%+ Consistency You don’t need perfect streaks You need strong averages even if you miss 1/7 days, you’re still winning Don’t let one L turn into two 7.
