Very sad to hear Ted Baker going into administration. I used to get quite a lot of my on-air jackets from there, and in the early days it was at the cutting edge of marketing. Though in truth I stopped in the last few years as I felt it'd lost its way a bit in the offering - sadly looks like i wasn't the only way to feel that. My thoughts with the staff - I hope their jobs will be secured.

@O2 Good luck getting one of these from O2... Ordered my upgrade on the 17th August... DPD reported/confirmed it was lost on the 26th.... I'm still waiting on O2 to start the claim process with DPD, I'm on my 2nd 5 working day complaints request, first request was closed unresolved.
