September Recap
Doubled my profit | $700->$2k
Doubled my margins | 10%->20%
Went deep on replens and focused heavily within the same niche.
All the refunds are Nike products, so not buying Nike anymore.
Just gonna keep restocking my replens and finding more.
Happy I fulfilled my goals for September.
October Goals
- 20%+ ROI and at least 2k profit
- Increase Amex Gold Limit / Get Plum or Blue

August Recap Just above 7k in revenue, profit margins are not up to my liking though. Went wide, listings tanked and sold for break even, on top of inbound shipping costs for asins that haven’t checked in yet + returns (never buying women’s Nike anything again). I know what to buy and what to avoid now, systems slowly coming into place, it’s only up from here. Time to start going deep. September Goals - 20% ROI and at least 1.5k profit

Sourcing—as an Amazon seller—is counterintuitive.
Every time you buy a product you think is profitable you are, essentially, guessing.
Yeah, you’ve got data, you know the fundamentals of reading Keepa, you even know how to lower your cost of goods as much as possible.
So, you get to make an informed guess. But, it’s still a guess.
These informed guesses are half the battle.
The other half is testing your hypotheses, measuring the outcomes, and adjusting for future sourcing.

There's only one secret hack to being successful.
And it's something that's very obvious but not a lot of people consider its importance.
And that's being honest with yourself.
If you are honest with yourself, accept that you aren't where you want to be, and may not even be doing everything you can and should be doing to reach your goal.
And actively taking advantage of those realizations.
You don't need any secret sauce.
Life will simply conspire in your favor to uncover where you're falling short and if you don't realize it.. it keeps going until you do.
Are you honest with yourself?

GM!!
Excitement is a better motivator than discipline. The people who appear to have an exceptional work ethic or remarkable discipline are often those with a genuine curiosity or interest in that area. The person who smiles is more likely to keep working than the person gritting their teeth.
