So out of our seven T23 frigates, two are destined for the knackers yard (Iron Duke, Richmond), three are in maintenance/refit (Kent, Portland, St Albans) and only two are deployed (Somerset, Sutherland). The glorious Royal Navy. Reduced to two deployed frigates. Brilliant.
