This is why we cut our bottom performing sales reps on a monthly basis. A lot of companies let low performers hang around. Not only does it hurt culture, but your leadership is spending too much time trying to get low performers to do the bare minimum.

My 13 year old son went to a friends birthday party tonight. Watched the game with all byu friends. Came home in tears with what was said to him. They were filming his reactions, and ganging up on him. This is why i hate the rivalry.
