@cam182411 @carsenlcooper Ya, I don't know enough about it. My thought, which is poorly thought out, is that a shelter away from residential or commercial districts could help out. Something closer to an industrial zone rather than downtown.
English

@dan_lefev @carsenlcooper I realize homelessness is a multi faceted issue but it does make me wonder whether a shelter helps the long term situation or not.
English

On the left is a park in SLC—Utah’s most progressive city. On the right is a park in die hard conservative Lehi.
This is why I want retard Democrats to go away.

Utah if the state GOP had primaries instead of being constantly subject to the whims of ~4000 activist crank delegates
English

@cam182411 @carsenlcooper I think a very small one. Ogden probably does too. St. George may have a small one.
English

@dan_lefev @carsenlcooper Does Provo have a homeless shelter? Genuinely asking.
English

I don't think SL is well run, but I do think the major factor here is a city's willingness to provide homeless services. If Lehi had a shelter 1/4 the size of SL's, you would see the same problems. Go to parts of Provo and they're no different than SLC and they're run by very conservative leadership
English

@dan_lefev @carsenlcooper How streets and houses that were made decades ago look today has little correlation with how the city is being run. Public spaces are a much better indicator.
Have you been to the Salt Lake City library lately?
English

@Kentniming @carsenlcooper This isn't commentary on housing. It's making fun of his cherry-picking. I could do the same thing with parks. These are SLC parks.

English

@dan_lefev @carsenlcooper Affordable housing or looks which way do you want this to go?
English

@cam182411 @carsenlcooper I don't think there's a neighborhood in Lehi that will look like Yalecrest with age.
English

@dan_lefev @carsenlcooper To be fair, that’s more a function of age than policy

@dan_lefev Way too long.
But I haven’t forgotten how ideal Flowell is for growing alfalfa.

@runawayshumaway @TimelessTrvlr I don't recognize it. It may be Ai. I thought maybe it was Grand Junction. No church steeples so it wouldn't be in Utah.
English

@dan_lefev @TimelessTrvlr where is it?
no temple so it’s not st george, not the right hills for hurricane, too big for la verkin?
English

@mjolley22 I met a man from Flowell today. I did not know Flowell existed. I asked him if he knew my Twitter friend Michael Jolley and sadly he didn’t. You’ve been out of the Fillmore metropolitan area too long.
