Chelsea had the chance to rally the troops for the last 5 games by at least bringing John Terry into the coaching team, ahead of or behind McFarlane. But no, they've disgracefully ignored him once again. It's an absolute farce. Terry might have little experience as a coach tactically, but he's a leader who would lift and motivate the players and fans at the very least for these last few games. I can tell you one thing, if Terry was in the dressing room, we wouldn't be speaking about how we are outrun by every single team this season. A chance to unite a fan base and a squad even just for a short time, failed miserably by Blueco yet again. And don't give me Frank Lampard as an example of how this can fail - they are two different people.
